Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations for insect repellent products:

  • Certain formulations may be restricted in some locations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are permitted in their delivery location.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Vanilla Bug Spray is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
